By accessing or using WealthInfer ("the App"), you acknowledge these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province or territory to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

WealthInfer is not a financial planner, broker, investment advisor, or tax professional. Any data, insights, or information available through the App may not be suitable for your individual circumstances and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information presented and for making your own financial decisions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

The App uses Plaid to securely connect to your financial institutions. We do not store your bank login credentials. By using the App, you authorize us to access your financial data for the purpose of providing our services.
We continuously strive to ensure quality and accuracy of the information displayed in the App. However, we do not guarantee that all data is accurate, complete, or current. This includes account balances, transactions, and investment data. Data is sourced from third-party providers and financial institutions outside our control, which may result in partial, delayed, or missing information. Always confirm financial information directly with your financial institution when accuracy is critical.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthInfer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthInfer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information provided. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or any other losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

All content available through the App and website—including text, code, software, logos, trademarks, branding, graphics, user interface, and documentation—is owned by WealthInfer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly set out herein.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WealthInfer. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These links are provided for your convenience only, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from WealthInfer for app related notifications including account verification, transaction alerts, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can update or change your phone number at any time in the Settings section of the app. To stop receiving SMS notifications, please contact us at support@wealthinfer.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, in-app notifications, and SMS messages (where applicable). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
WealthInfer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications or power outages, government actions, labor disputes, third-party service disruptions, or acts of God.
Before pursuing any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@wealthinfer.com. We will attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with WealthInfer on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or any other representative proceedings against WealthInfer. This waiver applies to claims of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by WealthInfer to be effective.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
