By accessing or using WealthInfer ("the App"), you acknowledge these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province or territory to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
WealthInfer is a finance management application that allows you to connect bank accounts, track transactions, monitor net worth, split bills, and receive financial insights.
The App is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. WealthInfer is not a financial planner or advisor. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use a strong password and enable 2FA where available. We will never ask for your password via unsolicited communication.
The App uses Plaid to securely connect to your financial institutions. We do not store your bank login credentials. By using the App, you authorize us to access your financial data.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is complete or current, as it depends on third-party providers. Always confirm financial information directly with your financial institution.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthInfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthInfer from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, scrape content, share credentials, or interfere with its operation.
All content and software are owned by WealthInfer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App may contain links to third-party services not controlled by WealthInfer. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications (e.g., verification codes, alerts). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out by contacting support.
You consent to receive electronic communications from us, satisfying any legal requirement for written communication.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time via App settings.
We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support. We will attempt to resolve it within 30 days.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
